Thanks for the questions . I have seen people put a small tarp in the metal hopper to keep items from falling out . That seems to work well .
All of the 2 wheel drive models turn easier than the four wheel drive units because the have swivel wheels . The four wheel models work better for hills and rough terrain where you need to get more traction .
