Your 6 ft Garden Cart looks great. I have a solid 37” high pipe fence around my area. Can the height be cut by 2”?
My wife could continuously tilt it but she is 4’11” and 95 lbs. I was going to get the single AG tires and thought that would make it even taller. Hopefully you can help.. I really want one for her to work in her horse area.
